I'm excited to announce that plans for The Aequalitas Project are near completion. I'm already working on developing a number of pilot programs and secure funding for them. So, just what is The Aequalitas Project exactly?
Over the past few months I've spent time contemplating my experiences working within nonprofits. I've also had some great conversations with family and trusted friends about their experiences. Out of that reflection and those conversations came a number of ideas I was interested in seeing developed into programs.
